Back Orders
If we do not have an item that is shown in stock, we will contact you immediately to notify you of this. You will be given the option to either cancel your order, or leave the item on back order until we get stock. If we do not have an item, in most cases we can have it in stock within a week. If a deposit has been left upon a backordered item that you wish to cancel, we reserve the right to retain some, or all of the deposit.

We value your security and as such have done our utmost to ensure that none of your personal information is at risk while you are visiting our site.All payments are via Sage pay.If you do not wish to pay by Sage pay, please call us on 01926 855541 where we will take your order over the phone. Doing so your card details will only be kept while payment is processed and destroyed immediately afterwards.

We do not disclose buyers information to any third parties. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data protection Act 1998). we collect information only for the following 2 reasons, firstly, to process your order, and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent and we will not pass on your e-mail address to other organisations unless you have given your consent. The information we collect about you, includes: your name, address, telephone number, email address, account details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold is to the best of our ability accurate and based solely upon information we receive from you and it remains as up to date as it can be. You can check what information we hold about you, by writing to us. We will delete or correct any inaccuracies promptly. This information is held securely. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (european Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

If you do give us personal information, either by filling out an order form or using the contact form, then you can be assured that this information will only ever be used in the way that you specify. Any sensitive data that you might supply can be assured to be safe. It is at no point stored in any form of electronic retrieval system to which persons outside Behind Bars could gain access.
